Notes:

1. I think most of the fields are self-explanatory.
2. The uppermost box shows the information you input on the Query page, in this case Travel data: 1 adult, 2nd class, and Outward Journey: Frankfurt(M) Flughafen Fernbf to München Hbf on Th, 22.01.09 (January 22, 2009), departing around 09:00. To change this basic information, just change what is in the fields and click "Refresh". To change other information, like Means of transport, click "Change other data" to go back to the original form.
3. The "Standard fare" is the full fare for the trip. It is always available - online, from Automats, or at the counter - and is fully refundable and exchangeable.
4. Notice the "Savings fares", in this case a Dauer-Spezial fare. Many of those fares require a 3-day advance purchase and are only shown if you put in a date far enough in advance. Many of them are limit in quantity, so you can check to see what is still available. They are non-exchangeable, non-refundable.
5. The first two connections show 1 "Chg", which means that you will have to change trains somewhere in route. The next connection shows 0 Chg, which means that it is a direct connection, no train change required.
6. Click over the ">" in the first column to see the details of that connection, or click the ">" before Details for all to see detail for all the connections.

Notes:

1. You will change trains in Mannheim. ICE 503 arrives at 10:24 on track 4 and ICE 1091 departs at 10:31 on track 5. Tracks 4 and 5 are across the platform, so you will have 7 minutes to get off the train, walk 20 ft across the platform, and get on the other train. When making connections, it is always advisable to be at the end of the coach, near the door, when the train stops. The boarding passengers will let people at the door get off first, but then there will likely be a flood of passenger getting on, making it difficult to get off the train.
2. Note that ICE 1091 is a link. If you click on it you will get the entire schedule for that train, and you can see it gets to Mannheim at 10:28, so it won't even be in the station when you get to that side of the platform.
